A genuinely brilliant piece of equipment. I host alot where open-fire cooking forms a major part of the menu. I’m not talking about simply braaiing chops and wors. I never realized before how tastefull meat is when applying the vertical way of braaing with this braai stand. Perfect for chicken. The braai stand's versatility in prividing various options simultanrously while braaiing, is also very useful. Now food that is already prepared, can be kept warm until all food is prepared.
